(1) Ensuring that its high-quality machine production and assembly (which includes metal stamping, robotic welding, laser cutting, forming, surface finishing and heat treating) continues unabated,
(2) Helping to establish and implement the new layouts of production equipment and support processes, and
(3) Performing maintenance, repairs and upgrades to facilities, HVAC and plumbing, materials handling and support systems throughout its multi-building campus.

Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Your specific duties as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician will include:
-- Providing safe and timely mechanical and electrical support, preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing industrial environment.
-- Offering mechanical and electrical experience, familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics, troubleshooting for machine repair. Experience in a Stamping environment is a plus.
As an Mechanical Maintenance Technician you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
You must be able to read, analyze and understand blue prints, drawing layouts, building codes, operation and service manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams and specifications; must be a qualified electrician and welder; must be knowledgeable in machine shop operations, plumbing, carpentry and have the ability to disassemble, repair and assemble all machinery, equipment and facilities using service manuals or common logic. You must possess a basic tool kit; you also must possess a current lift truck operator's license.
-- 2-3 years of Electro-Mechanical Automation System Installation & Troubleshooting Experience.
-- Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes; motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems.
-- A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
-- A strong trouble shooting and problem solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude.
-- Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.
-- Must be fully computer literate with Microsoft environment.
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-- Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner.
-- Ability to work various shifts / overtime / days per week.
