--$500 Retention Bonus after 1000 hours worked
--Referral Bonuses- refer a friend and earn money! 1st shift: $500 (x2) - 2nd and 3rd shift: $1, 000 (x2) *Bonus available at 3 months and 6 months (Both must be employed at time of pay outs) *Eligibility dependent on 80% attendance rate
STARTING PAY:$16.50/hr for Tier 0, $15.50/hr Tier 1, $14.50/hr Tier 2, and $11.00/hr Tier 3 $.25 increase at 3 months and 6 months.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS: -- 1st Shift (6:30am - 3:00pm) -- 2nd Shift (2:30am - 11:00pm) - One time $200 bonus after 30 days -- 3rd Shift (10:30pm - 7:00am) - One time $200 bonus after 30 days -- Potential for overtime, paid at 1.5X base pay
POSITION REQUIREMENTS Perform the following throughout your shift, without any restrictions: -- Stand / sit -- Twist / turn -- Stoop / bend -- Lift and move items between 26-50 pounds
Traits helpful towards your success (but NOT required): -- Previous manufacturing experience -- Machine operation, assembly and inspection experience -- Ability to read and understand measurements -- Basic math skills
