Sheet Metal Work -- Operate Machines, Assemble Products and/or Move Materials
If you have Sheet Metal or Machine Operator experience in an industrial / factory environment, we want you!
STATUS: Temp-to-Hire
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
-- 1st shift 5:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday
-- 3rd shift 6:30pm - 5:00am Monday - Thursday
-- 4th shift (weekend): 12-hour shifts 5:00a-5:30p, Friday - Sunday. (Work all 36 hours, get paid for 40!)
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Production Associates operate sheet metal cutting, bending and forming machinery, perform assembly operations, or move materials between warehouse and production areas. Our client manufactures and distributes sheet metal products for the HVAC professional, serving the residential, multifamily, and light commercial HVAC markets.
REQUIREMENTS
-- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-- Can deliver consistent, regular, on-time attendance
-- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs; may need to lift heavier items (greater than 50 lbs) with assistance
-- Push/pull, Grasp/grip, Reach overhead repetitively to manage materials and/or operate machines
-- Able to read, follow and understand written and verbal instructions
-- Read a tape measure and calculate basic math
-- Able to perform all work safely and follow all safety regulations
-- Can be trained in forklift and lock-out procedures
-- High School Diploma/ GED
