NOW HIRING: Small Machine Loaders - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
LOCATION: Fredericktown, OH (Knox County)
Looking for reliable, steady work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are hiring Simple Machine Loaders on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts for a facility in Fredericktown.
These positions are a great fit for individuals who enjoy hands-on tasks and are ready to grow within a team-focused company.
$14.50/hr with pay increases at 3 months and 6 months
One time $500 retention bonus for reaching 1000 hours worked! ________________________________________
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 5 x 8 hr shifts: Overtime as scheduled
These roles focus on operating small, simple machines-ideal for those new to manufacturing or looking to expand their skillset. Your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Loading and unloading parts into washer or shot blast machines
-Machines run at the press of a button with 10-15 minute cycles
-Delivering and retrieving parts or tubs between workstations
-Loading slower-cycle machines to keep production flowing
-Supporting general production needs as assigned
-Regular lifting of 20+ pounds throughout your shift ________________________________________
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
-Dependable team players with a strong work ethic
-Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day
-Attention to detail and safety
-Willingness to learn and follow procedures
-Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
-Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, twist, turn and lift between 26-50 lbs throughout the shift
