Inventory Management Associate (project)
Fredericktown, OH Temp Order
The Inventory Management Associate will perform administrative, clerical, and materials handling tasks related to inventory tracking, purchasing, cycle counts, parts pulling, and similar activities.
Pay: $12-$15/hour, depending on skillset and experience
Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday (with possible flexibility)
Status: Project / Long-term Temporary, with possible conversion to Full-time / Permanent
--Record incoming, internal and external movements of items using MS Excel and other software
--Identify, handle, store and pick items that weigh up to 25 lbs.

In your role, you are helping the company while it transitions to a new accounting and information system.
You will serve as the person to back-fill tasks in inventory tracking (receipt, matching, recording, storage), purchasing (filing of documents), cycle counts (parts counting, recording), parts pulling (retrieval for new work orders), and similar inventory management and/or related clerical activities.
-- Computer-savvy (lots of data retrieval and data entry); experience using MS Excel and other software
-- Terrific attention to detail (recognize differences in part numbers and parts details, to help match against documents)

-- Go-getter attitude (willing to share ideas for improvement)
-- Visual acuity and mental sharpness are very important. Also must be able to easily move boxes weighing up to 15-25 pounds (UPS-shipped boxes and containers)
