Looking for a steady, hands-on job, with room to grow in a supportive community environment? Join our team at a trusted manufacturing leader in automotive parts! We're hiring MACHINE LOADERS (SMALL MACHINES) for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: These roles focus on operating small, simple machines -- ideal for those new to manufacturing or looking to expand their skillset. Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Loading and unloading parts into washer or shot blast machines - Running machines at the press of a button, with 10-15 minute cycles - Delivering and retrieving parts or tubs between workstations - Loading slower-cycle machines to keep production flowing - Supporting general production needs as assigned - Lifting 20+ pounds throughout your shift
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Monday Friday, 5 days x 8 hours;Overtime as scheduled - 1st Shift: 6: 30 am - 3: 00 pm - 2nd Shift: 2: 30 pm - 11: 00 pm - 3rd Shift: 10: 30 pm - 7: 00 am
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Dependable team players with a strong work ethic - Ability to handle, lift and move materials throughout the day - Attention to detail and safety - Willingness to learn and follow procedures - Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, twist, turn and lift between 26-50 lbs throughout the shift - Manufacturing experience is a plus but is not required -- our client will train!
RETENTION BONUS (one-time): Our client offers a $500 one-time bonus to new associates who complete 1, 000 hours worked! (This retention bonus is in addition to Shannon Staffing's own New Hire bonus.)
MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES: Associates must meet attendance, performance and compliance metrics set by the client. - 1st Shift associates - $150 - 2nd Shift associates - $150 - 3rd Shift associates - $300
