If so, this is a great opportunity for you! We are partnering with a local manufacturer in Fredericktown who is seeking individuals to be a part of their Maintenance Department on 2nd and 3rd shift.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma/ GED - Technical School Certification or combination
- Proven 3-years' experience in a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician position
- Knowledge of and ability to read technical drawings to help troubleshoot and diagnose
- Previous experience working with: * Hydraulic * Pneumatic * Mechanical * Electrical * PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) * Ladder Logic (graphics based programming) * HMI's (Human Machine Interface) * VFD's (Variable Frequency Drives, up to 480V) * Numerical Controls (CNC)
- Must be able to work overtime as needed to ensure production flow
- Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, and a can do attitude!
JOB DUTIES:
- Support daily production operations working directly with Team Leaders and members of the Production Team
- Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot to determine root causes of equipment failure and develop processes to minimize downtime
- Analyze and review equipment and processes to make recommendations to meet future needs
